We collect order details such as the customer name, email address, phone number when provided, product selection, child first name, age, city, interests, accomplishments, and letter notes.

For physical letters, we also collect the mailing address needed to produce and ship the order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. North Pole Post does not store full credit card numbers, Apple Pay details, Google Pay details, or debit card numbers on our servers.

We use order information to generate the letter, send the proof, process checkout, provide customer support, fulfill physical orders, and improve the service.

Child-related details are used only to personalize the novelty letter requested by the parent or guardian placing the order.

We use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, payment processing, email delivery, letter generation, and printing or mailing support. These providers may process information only as needed to operate the service.
