North Pole Post creates novelty personalized Santa letters for parents, guardians, and gift-givers. The service is intended for seasonal entertainment and keepsake purposes.

You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including names, email addresses, mailing addresses, and personalization notes. We may not be able to correct an order after proof approval or production.

Each order includes a proof review step. You may approve the proof, request a revision, or request a refund before the order moves forward. Production timing may depend on the review window and current order volume.

Letters may mention a wish or interest, but North Pole Post does not promise that a child will receive a specific gift or outcome.

Do not submit content that is hateful, threatening, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate for a child-focused keepsake letter. We may refuse, revise, or cancel orders that cannot be safely fulfilled.
